Cancer Culture was born from heartbreak, love, and an unshakable drive to make change. Our founder, Champagne Joy, was a fierce force who poured everything into raising awareness and funding for metastatic breast cancer (MBC), until complications from treatment of the disease took her life. Devastated but determined, Beth and Rachel, both living with a breast cancer diagnosis, refused to let her mission end there. They picked up the torch to honor Champagne’s legacy, to demand better, and to fight for every life MBC threatens to steal. Cancer Culture exists because their love for her turned into action, and because this mission is far from over.
